The women I work with lose on average 10 lbs per month. Men lose 12-14 lbs per month.
We check in once a week for accountability and guidance and you use an education curriculum that will teach you all you need to know about living a healthy lifestyle for life.
When you are done losing weight I have a transition plan so you know how to eat healthy for life while incorporating the 6 macrohabits of health you learned along the way:
Weight management, motion, sleep, energy management, mind and healthy surroundings.
